Making Mocktails for Dry January

Following on from the festive season, many people in the UK are taking part in ‘Dry January’, the annual event in which millions of people give up alcohol for a month. Maybe you are one of them, or maybe you simply want some interesting new ideas for delicious non-alcoholic drinks to serve to family and friends. In either event, we want to share with you five of our favourite mocktails to try at home. They’re simple to make, and there’s something for every taste.

If you want to learn more about the Dry January movement, check out the official website here. You’ll find loads of resources for learning about the effects of alcohol – and more to the point, the effects of not drinking it. Participating in Dry January can improve your health, help you sleep better and lose weight, plus it can save a lot of money – and it’s a great way to raise funds for a number of worthy causes!
