Ready, set, bake! Celebrate GBBO with Mason Cash

With the latest series of the Great British Bake-Off launching at the end of August, everyone’s favourite baking competition is now in full swing. Not only is it fun to pick your favourite contestant and gossip with friends about the latest episode, but GBBO is really inspirational when it comes to wanting to try your hand at a bit of kitchen wizardry!

If you’re ready to start creating your own incredible cakes, Littlewoods is thrilled to be offering exceptional bakeware from the renowned Mason Cash; the choice of home cooks and bakers for centuries.

The origins of Mason Cash can be traced back to a pottery operating at Church Gresley in the heart of the English ceramic industry in 1800. The pottery was run by a series of Master Potters of whom the most colourful was ‘Bossy’ Mason, which is where the ‘Mason’ name came from in the 1800’s. Tom Cash acquired the pottery in 1901 and renamed the company Mason Cash & Co.

Time-honoured craftsmanship combines with a modern ethos in the beautiful Hacienda range, featuring a fiery orange glaze finish guaranteed to spice up your baking! Try the pie dish or rectangular baking dish to start, then add in the gorgeous batter bowl or measuring set to start building out your collection.

For a more traditional look, the Cane collection has a cheerfully retro vibe that evokes a classic farmhouse charm. These measuring cups are cleverly nestled together to resemble a milk bottle, while the flour shaker will become an indispensable tool for making dough.

So, are you ready to get your bake on? We’ve put together a fabulous selection of bakeware, serving and mixing bowls, and kitchen utensils from one of the original Great British Bakers, so visit the Mason Cash page on the Littlewoods website and get started today!

And in other GBBO news, stay tuned for Paul Hollywood’s new range, launching in September – be sure to check back for updates!
