Our eldest is getting to the age where he will very soon need a good machine for his homework, storing his own photos and videos, he also loves to play games and this sounds like a top notch machine for all of the things needed x

My Daughter has sacrificed a lot of her childhood to help me when diagnosed with early onset Parkinson’s. For the past 7 years she has been my carer and works so hard at school and on her exams and would I like to give her something to make her life easier. Not only does she help me but also her little Brothers, she also works PT in a local chip shop too, just so she can have some extras without asking me. She is an absolute credit to her generation and I’m immensely proud of her. For her to have a laptop as she goes into 6th form would be fantastic. Thank you

My daughter (Lynne) deserves this laptop because for the past year we have been laptop sharing! Which is hardly fair considering she returned to college last year to get the qualifications she requires to become a student nurse.
I am so proud to say that she has won a place at university beginning in September this year and the Lenovo Z50 would be the perfect aid to her studies throughout her degree course. I’m sure it would take the edge off those long assignments!

Of course I couldn’t resist having a shot myself 😉
    Thank you, Littlewoods Blog

My Stepdaughter has bravely decided to resign from her job and take four months off to go work with horses in California – if she won this it would help us to communicate easily and for her to share amazing pics whilst on her big adventure

I’d set that up at the heart of my home recording studio

My daughter now in year 4 & her homework can be quite challenging! So a laptop to help her search things would be great 🙂 x

My teenage son deserves to win the Lenovo Z50, because with the graphics and the ability to edit photographs, it would be a great addition to help him with his Art coursework for GCSE. Plus after all the hard work, he can then relax and watch Netflix and ….I get the TV to myself!. This would be an ideal laptop for him and he would be thrilled if he won.

My sons George and Thomas deserve to win, they are so inquisitive and love learning about new things. If they had a lap top of their own they could use it for their own research and homework projects, plus they are just awesome little guys and the best big brothers to their little sister Annabelle!

That would be an amazing prize, perfect for gaming on the move

My daughter deserves to win the Lenovo Z50 as she’s studying very hard for her A levels, and would love a new laptop to take to Uni in September.

  23. Posted by Clare Gerstel on June 10, 2015

My eldest boy Aaron would love a Lenovo Z50. He loves all things ‘Tech’ and I don’t mean ‘gaming’ on computers and games consoles. (Ok, he does like that too, he is only 8. Haha).

He is very creative and often combines his love of ‘Tech’ with his amazing creativity. His latest interest is building robots, constructing them using his Lego Mindstorms set, a programmable robotics construction set that enables you to create and command your own Lego robots. The robot is controlled by something called an EV3 Brick, this is a programmable intelligent Brick that as the brain of the robot, controls motors and sensors to make it move, walk and talk.

Sorry if I am boring you!

Why does he deserve a new Lenovo Z50?
The robot has to be programmed by a PC and unfortunately we only have one computer in our home and it is often monopolized by me and my husband for work related stuff. For this reason Aaron gets little time to programme is much loved little robots that he creates. But he never complains (well rarely). It would be lovely for him to have his very own computer to programme his robots whenever he chooses.

(And this will only stand him in good stand in this new era of ‘learning code’ pushed by the Government. Haha)

    Thanks for this opportunity

My daughter started secondary school in September and has so much homework that requires a computer, we only have a really old PC that runs so slowly it would be amazing if she won this and help her no end

  26. Posted by Hannah Whitling on June 10, 2015

I’m stuck at home due to health issues so do everything online, but I really need a new and up-tp-date computer to use as it’s to time consuming on my old one now. Plus I feel I deserve a treat to cheer me up after a rough time recently, to win this it would be great and benefit me in a major way.

  27. Posted by Alexander Beaven on June 10, 2015

Homework is driving us all quite mad as it’s currently difficult to complete on an Ipad.
With a new laptop at hand the stress levels might drop & hopefully the arguments will stop.

  28. Posted by Vicky Robinson on June 11, 2015

My son would love a new computer as he has been very ill for the past 2 years. He spends a lot of time in bed and unable to do very much so it would be a nice distraction for him.
