MFW-Inspired Shoes

Milan Fashion Week radiates elegance. Alberta Ferretti, Moschino, Prada, Jil Sander and Versace are just some of the big names presenting their spring/summer 2015 collections this week, and we’re positively giddy. We planned on showing you some of our favourite women’s shoes anyway so, quite rightly, we thought we’d give them an Italian spin – think feminine, colourful heels with just a smidgen of quirkiness. Enjoy…

MFW womens shoes from Littlewoods

Let’s start with the delicately dainty designs. Our Myleene Klass Ella Ankle Strap Point Shoes are exquisite with their seductive style – plenty of flesh is on show with these heels, they come in a heady combination of black and leopard print, and the ankle strap is a feminine finishing touch. The Dune Harleigh Suede Sandals are another beautiful pair. The bold pairing of fuchsia and orange would offset a monochrome outfit nicely. Alternatively, there’s the Moda In Pelle Idolise Gold Heel Court Shoes in sexy red; the reflective gold heel is a beauty, and would incorporate trendy metallic into a plain outfit.

For boxy flair, you’ll adore our Shoe Box Imogen Block Heel Point Court Shoes – Yellow. These shoes sing with Fashion Week appeal – wear them with tapered trousers and a slouchy blazer for effortless chic. Plus, the colour will go down a storm with anyone who’s anyone. We also love the Miss KG Earl Sandals – Leopard, which ooze confidence. Whatever you wear them with, you’ll look the part.

If heels aren’t your thing, fear not. You can still get the Milan look with flats, thanks to our Shoe Box Melody Block Heel Patent Shoes and Clarks Coral Creek Flat Ballerina Shoes – Oxblood Suede – the former have a small and sturdy heel and give off an intelligent aesthetic, while the latter feature loafer style tassels and would look wonderful with a flared midi skirt.
