Everybody uses my laptop, not because they haven’t got PCs, laptops or tablets of their own, but mine is the most accessible, and it’s switched on and ready to go all day and evening; though the poor old laptop is flagging now and ready for retirement. But with the Power at my fingertips, I’d be the Envy of all, and rarin’ to go, so I’d finish my tasks in record time, And that my friends would be divine!

I’d like to have the power this Spring,
to be in control of everything,
with an HP Envy, connected, on the go,
allowing flexibility with games or audio.
I’d watch my favourite movie, store my family snaps
organise my workload or download the latest apps.
It really would be perfect when travelling for hours
and I’d be looked on with Envy for having such super powers

Facebook. Streaming iPlayer to my TV. Downloading music. Playing a game. Usually ALL at the same time. Well – that’s what i’d like to do but old bertha doesn’t like doing more than one thing at a time so tells me to slow it down as she can’t keep up.

Just for the record, old Bertha is my laptop not my girlfriend. It’s big (17″) making it heavy and bulky. It’s ugly (lime green – yuck!). And the brand (Dell) leaves a lot to be desired. It’s time she, and Vista, were put out to pasture – for something sleek and up to the task of my demands.

  44. Posted by Tammy Stevenson on April 21, 2015

I need the power as I write a blog about parenting, I write almost everything from my S3 mini with it’s very small screen and processing power. I crave the keys on a laptop again it seems to make writing easier!
