I like to be as active as possible during the day that way I know that when I go to bed I will quickly drop off and sleep soundly for six hours.

To get a good nights sleep I like to have a relaxing bath before I get into bed and then read a couple of chapters of my book which helps me wind down and then nothing wakes me!

My tip is get plenty of fresh air and daylight during the daytime and try not to nap . Climb into a lovely comfy Biddulph Divan bed and ensure that your bedroom is as dark as possible using blackout blinds or lined curtains. Then lie back and relax and enjoy a fantastic nights sleep. ZZzzz

Pretend you are going on holiday. First, get your biggest worry and make a decision to take it out to the garage/shed, lock it up for a fortnight. Go back inside, pack your suitcase thinking carefully about what you will you need to take with you. I never get the suitcase more than half full before I am asleep.
