    Have separate duvets so there’s no tug of war,
    Wrap yourself up and just snuggle and snore!

    For a great night’s sleep, I like to make sure the room is warm and toasty, drink a bit of hot chocolate and then play something in the background to help me fade away. e.g. a favourite tv show etc…

    Tire yourself out all day looking after the kids and doing a million and one other things that go with that, then drop them off at the grandparents and enjoy an uninterrupted blissful night’s sleep!

    My top tip – No TV in the bedroom! We haven’t had a tv in our room for a few years now, it’s so much more relaxing!

    My tips are complete darkness if possible with no lights from electricals, a mild room temperature, and the bed to yourself…unless you’ve got a fantastic well sprung bed & mattress to minimise disruption from energetic sleepers!

    My secret for a great night’s sleep is that I always cover the face of the bedside clock with a notepad so that I can’t see the time. Then, if I waken and can’t get back to sleep, I won’t fret about what time it is and how close to the alarm time it might be.

    My top tip is to keep lighting levels low in the hour before bed and to make sure your bedroom is as dark as possible and that your bed is from Silentnight.

    I get warm & cosy. Puff up pillows, and have hot water bottle to get feet warm. Set tv to turn off after half & hour. Soon as my feet get warm i’m asleep till morning.
