With so many beds to choose from it’s vital that you find a bed that is right for your body. You may want a soft and squidgy bed however in reality your body is craving for something that offers a little more support. If you are undecided on what bed is the one for you, check out the buying guide from Sealy.

We need on average 7 hours and 14 minutes sleep per night but this can also depend on age and lifestyle.
