Calling all LEGO fans! Have your kids gone crazy for the new LEGO movie – are you planning to take them to see it over the February half term? Do they spend hours building and playing with those tiny little pieces (fact: did you know the world’s children spend 5 billion hours a year playing with LEGO bricks)? Well, to celebrate the movie release, we’re giving 3 lucky blog readers the chance to win some fantastic prizes courtesy of our friends over at LEGO HQ.

Don’t forget too, we’ve got tons of LEGO collections online so if you’re looking for something to entertain your little ones over this half term look no further – you can click here to view our full range. You’ll find there’s something for every little LEGO lover from toddlers to teens, with LEGO Duplo for the pre-schoolers through to LEGO City for the boys and LEGO Friends for the girls. The collection includes everything from playsets to books!

So, what could 3 lucky readers win? Well the prizes up for grabs are:

1st Prize : The entire The LEGO Movie range worth over £200

2nd Prize : A Metal Beard’s Duel playset

3rd Prize : A Cloud Cuckoo Palace playset

For your chance to win one of these great prizes leave a comment and tell us how many hours a year do the world’s children spend playing with LEGO bricks?

Here’s a little more competition info, so have a read then get commenting!

  • All comments will need to be approved, so don’t worry if your comment doesn’t appear straight away!
  • Use the form below to leave your comment and one main winner along with 2 runners up (2nd and 3rd prize) will be drawn at random from all approved entries and contacted via email.

Wow! The answer is 5 billion hours! I’d hate to see the statistics on how many hours they watch tv and say the word ‘no’!! But lego is so addictive, I’m not surprised….I’d spend all day playing with it myself if I could!x
