Console Wars!

If you haven’t heard about the latest battle in the world of gaming, then you’ve probably been living under a rock. There’s just one question on everybody’s lips: the PS4 or the Xbox One? Both are, let’s face it, pretty incredible, but they’re causing a huge amount of divide. Read on to discover what’s great about them, then make your final decision…

The PlayStation 4 is all about stunning gaming. Also allowing you to share with friends, watch Blu-ray movies, have internet access, digital photo and video storage, video chat and more, you’ll never be short of entertainment – it’s like an all-in-one fun station. Worth screaming and shouting about is its ability to boast stunning graphics; sporting enough processor power to support massive gameplay. The PS4 also helps you add another dimension to your gaming by integrating second screens. Sony smartphones, tablets and the PlayStation Vita can all be used as second screens to keep you in touch with your games wherever you are.

The Xbox One is a great leap forward in incredibly detailed and realistic gaming that similarly brings together entertainment in one place. Jump from TV to movies to sport to music to gaming to chatting with friends on Skype in an instant using just the sound of your voice – if that’s not impressive, we don’t know what is. The Kinect motion sensor also seamlessly transfers all of your physical movements into the gaming environment for incredible controller-free action, and it actually wakes up instantly so it’s always ready when you are. You can also use your Windows, iOS or Android tablet or phone to extend and control what’s playing on your Xbox One.

Due to the high demand for both the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One, we are unable to deliver pre-Christmas. Orders will be put in a queue and prioritised on a first-come, first-served basis and will be delivered as soon as further stock becomes available in 2014.
