Sadly we lost a treasured member of our family a couple of weeks ago. Times like this we realise just how precious having family to share the joy of Christmas is. I’d be using a camera like this to capture those moments to treasure forever.

Oh for a camera that can take great photos in low light and not have lots of blurry heads at parties (only the next morning!)

My twins were a year old last week and I’d love to be able to take some really good pictures of them this year. Last Christmas was really tough I had post natal depression, MRSA from my emergency C-section, and I was struggling with the enormity of having 2 tiny babies to look after. A good camera would be the icing on the cake to make this year special

I will take photographs looking through a gleaming window Cold as cold could be,
And take photographs of the mountains glistening and a snowy blanket in front of me
The streams are not flowing as they are covered in ice,
And my children falling over not once but twice,
As I leave my house I touch the icy prickling snow
And notice my children’s faces all aglow.

I will take photographs of silver trunks of trees glowing at night
    Snow covered landscapes very bright
Dogs enjoying their walks day and night,
And their barking midst the passing of time.

At Christmas I love to take photographs of people I love dear,
As we capture memories when we are near,
I love also to take photographs of the mountains near my home
As they glisten as the frost settles on them as I roam.
