Keep Little Ones Safe And Warm This Bonfire Night

Keep Little Ones Safe And Warm This Bonfire Night

If our psychic powers are anything to go by, we bet you and your family are all sorts of excited for Bonfire Night. You can’t wait to enjoy a mulled cider by the firelight and your little ‘uns are probably giddy with excitement over the prospect of an amazing firework display. For us, it’s a great opportunity to get bundled up in cosy layers – and it’s really important that you do the same for your kids. Take a look at these winter warmer finds, which will ensure your little ones are safe and snug during the festivities…

Let’s start with knitwear. We’ve got the Ladybird Girls Fox Knitted Jumper and the Ladybird Boys Shawl Collar Fairisle Knitted Cardigan to ensure they’re toasty warm and undoubtedly cute all at once. Fox prints are everywhere at the moment and, equally, a little boy’s wardrobe wouldn’t be complete without a fairisle patterned knit. Layer their favourite winter coat on top for extra warmth.

As far as winter accessories go, keep their ears warm with a beanie hat and ensure hands are safe with sparklers with a pair of protective gloves. We have combination buys in the Converse Girls Knitted Hat and Gloves Set (2 Piece) and Converse Boys Knitted Hat/Glove Set; the former is stripy and pink so will go with the aforementioned jumper perfectly, while the latter is blue and boyish.

Another vital Bonfire Night buy is a pair of wellies. Not only will they keep children’s feet wonderfully dry if it’s wet but, with trousers tucked inside, they’re marvellous at keeping the heat in too. We’ve got the Hello Kitty Wellies for girls and the Spiderman Spider Power Welly for boys – they’re sure to absolutely love them, are we right?
