With less than three weeks till Christmas, it’s all stations go at Lapland with final touches being added to the presents and that last curl in the ribbon from an army of tireless elves. Normally, Father Christmas would be overseeing the whole procedure, making sure that the presents are in the right order in his sleigh and no child has been forgotten, but much to Mrs Christmas’s dismay, she has been left running the show this year, as her husband has a far more important event to attend, the Littlewoods Seasonal Spectacular.
A special event for some of our lovely blogger friends that will share with you all of their favourite things about the Spectacular on their blogs. Father Christmas has landed, ready for the Littlewoods Seasonal Spectacular. He comes bearing gifts for the special group of children he will be meeting, chosen individually for each child by the elves themselves, and is prepped and ready to be photographed from all angles by our resident photographer.
The lucky children attending will have two hours in his presence and have the chance to play lots of Christmassy games and enter competitions, while their Mums will be treated to seasonal warmers like mulled wine and hot chocolate, and as many mince pies as their tummies can take. Mums will leave with a photo of their child with the man himself, and children will go home with an early Christmas gift, plus memories that will stay with them forever.
It really is a seasonal spectacular; a snowy forest with Father Christmas and his chalet at the end, to give the children a magical Christmas that they will never forget.
